Cavcorp
History.
1960
The Cavallucci family migrates to Australia from Italy.
2003
Cavcorp was founded and commenced residential, commercial and industrial projects.
2004
Damien partnered with his brother Michael Cavallucci and his sister Lisa Cavallucci to create a strong dynamic team.
2005
Cavcorp developed Cargo Business Park and was recognised as one of the best business parks in Queensland.

Some of Cavcorp's global tenants included Nike, Telstra, Huawei, Asics, Toshiba, Olympus and Betta Electrical.
2007
Cavcorp completes a multi-award winning 100 unit residential development. The project wins the Masters Builders Award ‘Developments up to $30 million’ for the state of Queensland.
2008
Cavcorp establishes an innovative property management business. This business provides five-star service to owners and tenants of their award winning buildings.
2011
Cavcorp leads the gentrification of Newstead and Teneriffe. This pioneers the transformation of industrial land into luxury inner city apartment living.
2013
Kurv Newstead is completed. The building has to date won 7 national and international awards. It has also broken the record for highest capital growth within the Brisbane inner city market (26.5%). Selling for $930,000 with an original off-plan price of $750,000.
2016
Cavcorp adds its 7th project to the thriving Newstead peninsula. It includes a landmark project to build Australia’s longest rooftop pool, as well as creating a retail and dining precinct unique to the Brisbane urban landscape.
2017
Lucent Gasworks is completed. The building has since won 12 state and national awards including the Master Builders “Best Residential High Rise in Australia’, establishing Cavcorp as a leading lifestyle developer.
2018
Cavcorp establishes Australia’s first health and wellness precinct Long Island, featuring Australia’s leading fitness centre, Total Fusion Platinum and award winning hairdresser SalonxPapas.
2019
Construction commences on Luminare, Cavcorp’s most ambitious development to date, including a cantilevered pool elevated 95m in the sky.
2020
Cavcorp’s highly anticipated legacy building Le Bain is completed, adding an 8th project to the Newstead Peninsula.
2022
Cavcorp’s flagship development, Luminare, is complete. This marks Cavcorp’s 9th project in the Newstead peninsula and its most ambitious yet.
2023
Luminare recieves recognition as the Best Residential High-Rise in Australia. The Long Island Piazza and the TFP Wellness Centre officially open, along with the 350 additional underground parking spaces
2024
Long Island Brisbane firmly plants itself as a creative piazza and shopping destination dedicated to innovative design, wellness, art, architecture, dining, and bespoke services.
2025
Cavcorp breaks ground on its most visionary project yet — Fontana. A landmark designed for The Age of Longevity Wellness, Fontana is defined by fluid, curved architecture and two levels of longevity dedicated to movement, recovery, and connection.
